Tung Ling Community Services (TLCS), the community outreach arm of Church of Singapore (COS), is set up for the purpose to touch lives in the community and as a bridge to bring them to COS through its community services (such as elder care, student care, school family education and other community services) through volunteers' practical and genuine care.

Our community involvement began in 1977 when we established a kindergarten to serve the surrounding neighbourhood as well as children of COS members.

TLCS' vision is to provide a holistic approach in community services. It continuously seeks to mobilize volunteers from all walks of life to make a difference and impact neighbouring communities through EDUCATION and genuine CARE.
